►OB-Tools is developing the Electro Uterine Monitor (EUM) product family to provide accurate data and rapid analysis of the uterine state for the use in hospitals, private clinics and home monitoring. The EUM technology is based on electromyographic (EMG) measurement of the uterine muscle combined with a position sensor that measures the location of the EMG electrodes. In recent clinical trials, it was shown that the EUM technology can measure the effectiveness of contractions better than the tocodynamometer used in practice. |
